This is the web page of the Rome Center for Molecular Design (RCMD) Lab.
RCMD was founded in 2000 by Dr Rino Ragno with the aim to apply computational procedures (molecular modeling, molecular docking, 3-D QSAR, Scoring Functions) in the Medicinal Chemistry field.
Since 2000, the RCMD Lab has collaborated with several research groups and has partecipated in more than 54 papers in high impact factor journals such as Journal of Medicinal Chemistry which is considered the top reference journal for medicinal chemists.
Starting from June 18th 2011 the RCMD has published the very first 3D QSAR server (www.3d-qsar.com) ever presented in the web.
